Chau Gong
The Chau Gong also known as Tam Tam Gong is heavier than the Wind Gong. It has a very earthy, grounding character with well resolved tones, both low and high.
If the Chau Gong is earth, then the Wind Gong is sky. Chau gongs have a charcoal grey colored rim, with a large polished playing area.
