How much for shipping fee?
TOFOU Music can supply free shipping worldwide by air.
If you need expedite the shipping by express delivery, such as DHL/UPS/FEDEX expedited shipping, there will be an additional fee, please message us.
How long will it take to receive the goods?
Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

What if the item is broken or missing in the shipping?
If you find there is any damage or missing about your order, you can contact us right now and we will replace new product to you for free.
What evidence do you need to supply when you want to get free replacement for damaged item?
If you want to handle the broken issues quickly please give me the evidence we need as soon as possible.

If you write wrong address for your order, what should you do?
If you found you wrote wrong address please email us as soon as possible. We MIGHT be able to fix it. However, we can't promise anything if your package has been already delivered.
If your package is returned to us due to wrong address, you are responsible for the re-ship fee. There are no refunds if you can't receive the package due to wrong shipping address. Please remember to check your shipping address carefully.
